Refund and Return Policy for Mahjongful

sold on Mahjongful are custom-made to your specifications. Because each item is uniquely produced based on your design uploads, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons related to personal preference (e.g., "I changed my mind," "I don't like the design," "It looks different on screen") .
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns and provide refunds in the following circumstances:
· Defective Products: If your custom mahjong set arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g., misprinted tiles, chipping, structural damage).
· Incorrect Order: If we ship you a product that does not match the final approved design proof or the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Conditions We cannot accept returns for:
· Products that are without defects and were made correctly according to your design.
· Products damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents after delivery.
· Products returned without prior authorization.
Return Process
- Contact Us: If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [service@mahjongful.com]. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
- Approval: If your issue qualifies under our policy, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Shipping Costs: For approved defective/incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and reshipment. For all other situations not covered by this policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
