User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property Policy 

By submitting, uploading, or transmitting any design, image, text, or artwork (collectively, "User Content") to Mahjongful for the purpose of creating custom products, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Grant of License You grant Mahjongful a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you (e.g., producing your custom mahjong set, showcasing your design on our preview tool) .
  2. Ownership and Warranty You represent and warrant that: · You are the sole owner and creator of the User Content, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions from any third party (including, but not limited to, photographers, artists, and identifiable individuals featured in the content) to use it for this custom product . · Your User Content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party . 
  3. Prohibited Content You agree not to upload any User Content that: · Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing. · Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., logos of major brands, copyrighted cartoon characters, famous artworks). · Contains malicious code or viruses . 
  4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Mahjongful harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these warranties or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party through your User Content . 
  5. Right to Refuse Service Mahjongful reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe violates this policy or could subject us to legal liability, without prior notice .
Disclaimer for Mahjongful
1. No Warranties The products and services offered on Mahjongful are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahjongful disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of our service or the information, content, materials, or products included on our site, except as explicitly stated in our Return Policy.
2. Product Representation We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color, texture, or detail will be 100% accurate. Real-life materials (e.g., wood, resin) may vary slightly in grain and texture, which is part of their natural character.
3. User-Provided Designs Mahjongful is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or quality issues arising from the User Content you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring your design files meet our technical specifications (e.g., file format, resolution) and do not infringe on third-party rights, as outlined in our User Upload Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Mahjongful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
5. External Links Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mahjongful. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
